Im Gutsausschank des Spay 25 werden die Bioweine von Julian Scheid glasweise oder als Flasche angeboten und ausgeschenkt.
Zusätzlich dazu, gibt es regionale Snacks und feine, hausgemachte Kleinigkeiten.
Julian ist die dritte Generation im Weingut Richard Scheid und richtet den Fokus des Weinguts neu aus. Im Mittelpunkt steht die biologische Bewirtschaftung der traditionellen Steillagen der Mosel, sodass alle Weine im Gutsausschank handwerklich produziert und biologisch zertifiziert sind.
Spay 25 Gutsausschank is open regularly and serves the organic wines from Julian Scheid by glass and bottle. The wine is accompanied by regional snacks, local cured meats and wine friendly food.
Today Julian continues the heritage of his grandfather’s Straußwirtschaft with a renewed focus on caring for the historic vineyards of the Mosel. The wines are handmade form grapes grown on the organic steep slate vineyards of Merl.
